- Prosecutors on Sunday detailed how a recent parolee kidnapped a woman in the Wrigleyville neighborhood, sexually assaulted her, then took her on a nightmarish journey in the trunk of her car that ended only after the kidnapper crashed the car in a high-speed police chase.
Jarqueese O’Brian Henigan, 31, was charged with felony aggravated criminal sexual assault; aggravated kidnapping; vehicular hijacking aggravated with a firearm; robbery armed with a firearm; armed habitual criminal, and possession of a controlled substance.
Cook County Criminal Court Judge Laura Sullivan ordered Henigan held without bail, calling him a “real and present danger.”
End day-for-day credit. Truth in sentencing is the only way.

2004: Sentenced to 4 years for burglary
2006: Released early
2006: Sentenced to 10 years for firearms charge
2011: Released early
2011: Sentenced to 6 years for possessing a firearm in a robbery
2014: Released early
2017: Charged with raping, kidnapping, robbing Wrigleyville woman

Right away blame the poor guy you label as an offender. The alleged victim was probably scantily clad and looked like she wanted it. What was he to do? As for the carjacking, he was probably on his way to church, a job interview, or in a hurry to submit his college admission forms. He likely had a gun to protect himself from all the shootings that the police can't stop that occur in our fair city. The crash only occurred because the police had the brazenness to chase him. Remember everyone is innocent until proven guilty. You racist coppers are out of control. He and the victim should probably sue the coppers and the city and become millionaires.

Give him his two-bit lawyer, his day in court, then hang him. He has had three chances to "turn his life around".
He is not going to change.
Why should taxpayers support him for the rest of his life if he gets a life without parole sentence? No one believes a life sentence means life anymore.
You have got to hang him. If you don't, charges will be reduced, he will be found guilty, he will do a small fraction of his sentence, and next time he will kill someone.
The justice system has been turned into a circus by liberals that don't care that the same clowns keep getting out to raise havoc among the law abiding.
So give him his day in court, see that his constitutional rights weren't violated, then hang him. Or he will be back!

I wonder if other airports have people dressed in a police uniform like our department of Aviation Police do but yet are on armed and told if there was an incident to run and hide who runs this airport what kind of person is in charge of the airports the new person that took over the new girl obviously has no clue.

They don't want to pay Jail Officers $100,000+ a year mandatory overtime my friend in Morgan County lives like a king working for IDOC much lower cost of living in rural area.
Look it up. A felon since at least 2013, Jarqueese O’Brian Henigan was nonetheless able to register in Oklahoma, as a Democrat, to vote in the 2016 election. No election fraud? I know it's the least of his crimes, but it is the number one crime of Democrat politicians.
