Garry Jumps on the Train

Now McCompStat is ripping the statistical methodology:
  • Former Chicago Police Supt. Garry McCarthy is offering additional criticism about the federal report released last week that slams the Chicago Police Department for pervasive civil-rights violations.

    Where to begin?

“It speaks in broad-brush terms. It really lacks specificity,” McCarthy tells CBS 2...

    [...]

If crime did decrease under McCarthy, was it at the expense of the civil rights of minorities, as the feds say?

McCarthy says the data he saw as superintendent doesn’t back up the DOJ’s claims that minorities were disproportionately targeted by Chicago police.

“It shows very clearly that our stops comport almost exactly with where, when and who civilian victims of crime were reporting,” he says.

McCarthy adds: “Just to put it in perspective, us stopping 32 percent white folks in Englewood, which is 97 percent African-American and our most violent community, is not going to reduce crime there.”
He also points fingers at the Law Office:
  • As for suggestions of police cover-ups in high-profile cases like the Laquan McDonald shooting, which spurred the DOJ investigation, McCarthy pointed toward the city’s corporation counsel.

“It was the corporation counsel of the city of Chicago who a made a deal with the attorneys for the family of Laquan McDonald. Gave them $5 million without filing a lawsuit as long as they don’t release the video,” he says.
So how long until Rahm throws Steve Patton under the proverbial bus?

(OT) the media has to rush to post videos of police shooting a thug the video shows perfectly 2 police vehicles and the now taking a dirt nap thug total disregard for the police the thugs have no fear thanks to the dishonest media and elected bastardizing the police constantly thanking God officers are ok:

Hey rahm did you visit the coppers and their families to be sure they are okay like you did with felonies thugs? How about instead of the 30 day desk duty bullshit you have millions to spend on thugs fake lawsuits spend the money offer the officers 1 month Florida all expenses paid trips with their families to destress that would be a way to help "make Chicago police great again" and show you support law and order but do you?

Will someone please tell Garry that we don't care about you now or before. Why didn't you speak up when you were the Water Boy for Tiny Dancer. Remember how you went crawling to Fr. Flaky's church and blamed the ills of the city on the NRA. Nothing worse than a washed up has been that still wants attention.♠

McCarthy or MC Dummy probably was unavailable and the complaints started before he became Superintendent, so how could he write the policies? Ragnar is dumb, no wonder he appointed dumb people. Good riddance to both of them.

WHOOOOO!

Got sammiches, chips, beer
and a comfy chair SCC!

The agenda driven social justice revanchists
at DOJ and in the media are shitting AND
going blind!

"How DARE those churlish Chicago Cops
push back against US! We deliberately
left McCarthy out in the cold by not
"finding" him because we knew he
wouldn't play along with the pre-determined
outcome and our institutional bias that
was cooked into this report."

So glad Shrillary lost.
Now we get to have the joy of seeing
the anti-Police agenda dismantled
under a DOJ actually run by LAWMEN
instead of traitorous Soros affiliated,
leftist political flunkies and stooges.

Gee Garr, what happened?
Anytime he can stick to the RahmFraud, I'm all for it.
Taking over a year to get some facts about stats out makes it appears it wasn't sour grapes for getting fired.
But going along with Rahms charade before you were against it won't garner much respect here.
RahmFraud certainly advised his democrat run obama DOJ not interview him, he's too unstable.
The RahmFraud Stats are on now record and chattering rants from former employees are dismissed.
It's the Chicago Way.
Special Ed will never be held accountable, even though last years 800 Murders were almost twice as many as the past two years under GMac.

Fun Fact: 97% of those that Stay Fetal have a 3% or less chance of any likely negative DOJ-IPRA judgements.
Work Smart Safely.

Off topic

The DC Officers who will be working the Trump Inauguration - if you are directed to follow the ACLU "demand" that body cams be de-activated, follow the order but fuck with the protestors minds anyway. In full view of the assholes make a point of openly fiddling with the camera and point it in their direction repeatedly. It would be fun to have the aclu scum demanding to see the contents of the cam and then looking like the assholes the are when there is nothing recorded.

Glad to be gone, when are you guys gonna realize you are pawns. The DOJ report and its timing have one purpose take the media heat off the murders, violence, etc.. if in the process a couple cops lose they're jobs so be it. As long as Rahm and his people are fine, not a big sacrifice. That's all it is nothing more a diversion.

See this, by Heather MacDonald: "Statistical Evidence Not Required" -- about the [In]Justice Department's BS re CPD. http://city-journal.org/html/statistical-evidence-not-required-14968.html

The Leftwing is in an all-out war with America, and you guys are another front in that war. Meanwhile, the RINOs in Congress are already whining about being "bipartisan" and getting [unspecified] "Things" done.

The corporation counsel as well as the police department are controlled by the mayor. Nothing gets approved or signed without his confirmation. Emmanuel would not write a $5 million dollar check in hush money to McDonald's family without knowing exactly what happened. In the end, the video was released anyway and the city just wasted $5 million of the taxpayer's money on two people who forfeited their rights as parents because they were unfit/unable to provide a safe and stable home for their child. They should be paying back the state all the money spent on providing education, medical care, housing, and living expenses for a son they neglected/abused and from whom released all parental responsibility. Regardless of whether or not the shooting was justified (which I believe it was) there is a serious lacking of culpability from these "parents". It is an outrage that people are allowed to be absolved of their parental responsibilities and face no consequence criminal, civil, or otherwise, while the taxpayer is burdened with paying for their mistakes. It is even more outrageous that these same people are awarded a huge sum of money, again by the taxpayer, for the death of a 17 year old young adult who they refused to take responsibility for since he was 5. This bad behavior and victimhood mindset will never change until it stops being rewarded.

They can't stop rewarding it. As long as trivial lawsuits and complaints are the name of the game, everyone who can get a piece will always be looking. When you can sue McDonald's for their coffee being too hot or sue people for injuries you sustained breaking into their home...why would people feel that's not the way to go. The "ghetto lottery" was not developed in the "ghetto."
