Totally In Control

Special Ed has got this!
Well thank goodness for that!
  • Chicago's top cop says he's personally upset by public perception that the city is overrun by murder and other violence, even as a deadly November pushed homicides overall here to the highest level in nearly two decades.

"The truth of the matter is Chicago is not out of control. There's certain parts of the city that we have to address the violence," Chicago police Superintendent Eddie Johnson said Tuesday at a downtown City Club of Chicago breakfast. He and Cook County Sheriff Tom Dart told the room full of civic leaders and others gathered at Maggiano's restaurant that they continue to push for new legislation to toughen penalties for repeat gun offenders.

Johnson's comments serve as pushback on President-elect Donald Trump's comments earlier this year, when he described violence in Chicago as "out of control" and said Chicago cops weren't being tough enough on crime.

While Johnson said, once again, that the state needs harsher penalties for repeat gun offenders, Dart said Cook County Jail detainees often tell him they're more concerned with being confronted unarmed on the street than being caught with a weapon by authorities.
First up, good to see Special Ed not missing the most important meal of the day. A growing boy needs a lot of calories.

Second, who are these "inmates" Dart talking to? The jail is empty. They're tearing down three buildings. Prickwrinkle has declared everyone will be I-bonded so they can spend Christmas with their families.

The only smart thing to come out of this is the need to sentence gun criminals to harsher penalties - EXILE-type penalties - to cut down on violent crime. The police are doing their part, seeing as how we've taken how many more guns off the street than in years part. The system isn't doing its job.

Wish there was video of the two top pretend cops. Did anyone ask any tough questions or were they dazzled by Dart the Farts tales of his many encounters with hardened criminals after he treated them to pizza? Did Special Ed reassure these scions of industry and commerce that lowering recruitment standards will not produce corrupt ineptitude which he currently provides? Was Dart in his jogging suit and
Fat Head Ed in his ill fitting dress blues? A true shit show. And most of the attendees probably bought their B.S.!

Good Gawd Ed...

Did Rahm tell you to smile
after publicly shitting yourself like this?

Or did you do it of your own accord?

Either way.
You have completely surrendered
your pride as a man and as a
Chicago Policeman.

...To what end?
To protect your bed-mates?

There IS no expectation of loyalty
and other such once some fat gets slapped
on this job.

Rahm picked YOU because you are
wholly owned by your lusts and
are therefore compromised and exploitable.

Sheeeiit...
Because you're so good and smart?
Hell-m/fing-naaww man...

You must've missed that lesson in your
"28 years of being da Po-leece."

Oh by the way...
Chicago IS AN EPIC & TOTALLY out of control
SHIT-SHOW!

Period.
Full Stop.

Anything else is just wishful thinking.

The first step to correcting a problem
is acknowledging the fact that there IS one.

While sentencing is clearly important, enforcing those sentences is just as important. I'm sure everyone has stories but there is a guy in 003 who was sentenced to 7 years in May for UUW/Felon and he's already back hanging at 71st and Clyde. There is no way that he should out already, he was only in custody since March. We just locked him up again for missing some ANOV court.

How can fast Eddie say the state needs tougher sentencing on gun offenders when Dart and The other idiot keep saying too many people of color are being held at cook county? And not only are they letting everyone out as early as possible now their knocking down sections of the jail now?
Aren't thoes actions contradicting each other?
Which is it? Tougher sentencing or letting everyone out !?
Why isn't anyone picking up on this and asking One of these 3 idiot on camera ?
Maybe it has to do with Trump sending all these illegals back? Maybe that's why their emptying out cook county so when he takes office there's no one to turn over

All is fine. Kevin Bacon should trade in his ROTC uniform for a set of CPD dress blues. I have been a PO for over 25 years (Class 91-8). Was working a security gig in NY last week and was talking with some guys from NYPD. They related that they had about 300 Murders so far this year and were nearing 1000 shootings. They have over 8 Million people in their City. So yes, All is well. I weep for what The Job has become.

(The Kevin Bacon reference is from the movie Animal House, for those to young to know.)

Yes, asshole, it is out of control.

Because of the savage levels of killing on the west and south sides, plus the lack of police on the north side, plus the realization by the criminals that the po-po have been deballed........means this place is markedly more dangerous in so-called good areas.

Why the fuck do you think the real estate market in Chicago is dead, flat as hell?

Real, fuckin people, with real fuckin families and jobs don't want to live here because of all the shit listed above.

The Democratic Party, Rahm, Obama and his mobs, are all responsible for this. Our property values are getting killed and everyone is just praying they can find a buyer when the time comes to get out of dodge.

Special Ed is just reading the script prepared for him by Rahm. Why Rahm wants to continually antagonize the incoming president of the United States is beyond me. Rahm orders the Trump street signs taken down, openly states Chicago will not follow federal law when it comes to immigration- we are a sanctuary city, and now has the superintendent of police go on TV to say Chicago is not out of control to directly contradict Trump.

Rahm is a goof & and so is special Ed.

This has got to be the funniest thing eddie has done, not out of control just certain areas! ahh eddie not long ago you said after a community meeting "the people want people that look like them it makes it easier to relate to them" Why not experiment and put the coppers of color in their neighborhoods just to see that crime rate rapidly decline! that has to be the problem and solution correct boss?

The problem begins at home, absent black fathers and in the hispanic communities many illegal criminals are here something that Trump wants to remove but the mayor refuses to comply with the federal mandates and law. How can elected officials even talk about this city being better and not even removing the criminal mayhem inducing elements?

Staying fetal and away from the dishonest media is the only way to survive if your a copper. Who supports police? gold star glee club? elected?media?liberals? thug community? nope! the only people that support police are 9161 street coppers who do their best under terrible circumstances to support each other and even then the bosses and media suck them into some bullshit and suspend or fire them,or worse send them to court then jail! noway the smart police are being extremely careful and unfortunately the people suffer due to the "war on police!"

I am truly sadden, as I believe most of us old timers are, as to the direction of our Police Department. Many of us spent a great deal of man hours, most of which was our own time, since we were not compensated back then, trying to make this an effective arm of the law.

As an outside, presently, I have to look at what I believe happened to our P.D.
1.) Whatever genius thought of working with the ACLU, should be shot. That has never worked in the past, and will not work in the future.
You cannot expect officers to put their lives, families on the line to have some sideline quarter back accuse them of violating an scumbags rights. Not going to happen. As a result of this cause, we now have the effect: to wit, murder rate running out of control. Additionally, much more confrontations with the police. Until someone, realizes that this and this alone has created this whirlwind of homicides in this City.

As it was told to me many years ago, people feared the police. Depending on which side of the coin you stood on, this was either good or very bad. Well, guess what, they don't fear us anymore. They will confront us, threaten us and even attempt to kill us. Without having an effective way to address this issue, things are NOT going to get better, only worse.

I consider myself somewhat of an authority on Guns in this City, since I was the first to start a real Gun Unit, which was in my opinion, very effective. To do this, we must have a hand and hand operation with ATF. Together, this combination is an effective tool in combating gun trafficking in this City. Understand this, we may apprehend the individual who fired the gun, but very, very rarely do we ever apprehend the person who put that gun in that perpetrators hand. Until that is addressed, there will always be guns available to those who have no right to own, possess, or carry a firearm.

Just my thoughts on a sad state of affairs in the City of None sense...

The penalties in Cook County are the toughest in the United States problem it's the most LENIENT SENTENCING that is administered. What are you doing with the current sentencing guidelines. The states Atty's office WILL NOT produce the numbers, judges give MINIMUM TO LESS THAN MINIMUM SENTENCES for offenders with multiple felony convictions as I have had it done with my own cases. If you dare I would be happy to challenge anyone on it in our political spectrum. I dare you to tell me where I'm wrong, if so be ready for me to embarrass you. Trump will soon be sworn in as President and it's time for our union to take a new direction, become organized and very vocal with a President with some balls. Has our union not learned anything from BLM, become loud and obnoxious and you get what you want. Time to turn the Union around and get rid of dead weight. Stay tune as now is the time to turn a corner. Aggressive leadership in the union is needed. STOP the excuses.

Mary Mitchell was there and stated longer sentences for gun crimes is not the answer !? Geez..Also a Facebook post left for Dart, must be a fan of his...Lol

Dart & Rahm can be handcuffed together ! Charges impersonation of a Sheriff and impersonating a Mayor ! Sentence to walk the streets of Shitcago's South and West sides unarmed daily 5-12 pm. Since you both fight conceal carry, this may be Cruel and Unusual as this sentence will be similar to the Death Penalty. But if it's good for citizens, should be good for you !

Well-Fed Ed needs to curtail his no doubt usual
Plowman's Breakfast for healthier fare given his
age, condition and pre-disposition.

He needs a oatmeal powder, plain keffir & fruit yogurt
smoothie to start his day. A cup of each and blend it.
He'll have some for those "empty" moments.

Perhaps he wouldn't be so full of shit.

Buy a few skids of 16oz. water (if he's lazy)
and have 6 to 8 a day.

Watch that blood sugar, cholesterol and blood pressure fall.

Taking guns off the street isn't the answer. You have to take Criminals off the street, and keep them off the street. It was said to me well, so perfectly well to me once.

Cops have already caught almost all of the criminals, and for serious crimes. The problem is that the courts keep turning them loose again and again and again. Lawyers and judges fear for their own job security if they actually keep the criminals off the street, the ones the cops already caught time and time again.

Johnson stated that he runs the department. he never met the mayor until he became the superintendent. He may not have met the mayor but the mayor has a crew of "aides" in every city agency monitoring every day operations. The mayor indirectly controls every aspect of the CPD. Every transfer and promotion is pre-approved by the mayor. Aldermen and reverends have input through the mayor's office. Rahm held back the McDonald video and controls all news reports. Hmmmmmm . . . I guess some sort of ranking system is in order to accurately evaluate the SuperNintendo's feewings. Tragically, Eddie lost the mood ring his Nana gave him for his 11th birthday, but we can observe his level of suffering from the comfort foods he uses to self-medicate.

Personally upset: Look for an empty box from Pizza Hut, perhaps an extra large meat lover's with the cheese-stuffed crust, along with an empty 2-liter of Coke.

Deeply Saddened: The wastebasket should have
3-4 #12 bags from Portillo's, one bag of which was just for the onion rings, as well as a six-pack of IBC root beer to go with the 44 oz. vanilla shake.

Sick and Tired: KFC 50 piece Family Pak, with 2 quarts of beans and cole slaw, and a gallon bucket of mashed potatoes. Plus a pint of Johnny Walker Red to mix with his 12-pack of Coke.

Unacceptable: No evidence would be found at the office. Instead, check the flashover simulator at the CFD Academy for the remains of a roasted cow; usually only the skull and the hooves are left.

Totally Unacceptable: How many lost pets and missing people were last seen around 35th and Michigan?
