In Detroit, on Thanksgiving, and Detroit is strong against the run and the pass. They'll be lucky to score a touchdown.
Does it really matter? The Bears are out of the running and the best thing they can do is to lose the rest of their games to get a better round draft pick next year.

Hi SCC n Kids. 10 g here. Happy Thanksgiving to my Sisters and Brothers in Blue. Thankful for the correct Grand Jury decision in Mo. I digress. Maybe I should just stick to Monday night plays. LOL. For today's games I placed 10 large on Det -7 and OVER 47 and a hook in the game, same way on the UNDER 55 in the Phil/Dall game and same way on the UNDER 40 in the Seat/SF game. Da Bears *should* beat the Loins(sic) handily. I'm not joking.
By pure chance I wound up on the Dee-troit Loins' NFL.com Stats webpage yesterday and I took a gander at QB Matt Stafford's numbers. They're not that good. Cutler's QB Rating is actually better, and except for turnovers and I don't blame Jay for all of that -- getting whacked on your blind-side will have a tendency to knock the ball loose -- Jay is much better than Stafford.
The main thing the Loins having going for them today is that they're at Home in a Dome. Though the main thing Da Bears having going for them is that they're NOT at Home -- advantage Bears ;-). Oh and Da Bears have to play while they're AWAKE! The 1st half last week looked like someone slipped Valium into the Gator-Aide. Good thing Lovie was the other Coach, so it wasn't taken advantage of ;-).
IMHO Da Bears biggest concern is the friggen Special Teams. A Chi Sportswriter in the Slum-Times (can't recall which one now) finally agreed with me on that and wrote that Coach has to go along with that stoo-pid Punter, O'Donnell. At least Da Bears found a new Return Man, one that knows when to run and when not to run, but that went back to the rotten Coaching didn't it. You Betcha.
Final Score: Bears 24 --- Dee-troit Loins(sic) 16

No shit. Besides sucking on the field they have to be the worst drafting team in football. Of course they signed Cutler to a 7 year $128M contract ($54M guaranteed) so what do you expect.
And what is with all the celebrating when you are getting your ass kicked. First that moron blows out his knee when they are losing by 30, today 97 (whoever that is) is dancing after he hits the QB. Too bad he also got a 15 yard penalty. I don't ever remember Hampton or McMichael dancing like fools because they did their job. Pathetic all the way around.
