Ferguson Rumor

  • This witness was scared. He had Googled himself and found the phrase: "Snitches get stitches."

He was scared that black neighbors would find fault with his description of what happened when a white police officer, Darren Wilson, shot dead an unarmed black man, Michael Brown, in Ferguson, Mo.

He was scared that white supremacists would accuse him of hurting Wilson's case. "I do think of the Ku Klux Klan. I do," he told investigators.

From the first day a grand jury met, it is clear that fear and anxiety played major roles in the struggle to paint a precise picture of what unfolded between Wilson and Brown on Aug. 9.
This is typical in gang prosecutions. The Soto murder here a few years ago had this happen time-and-time-again. All the laws in the world aren't going to protect a witness that gangs (or neighborhoods) are pushing to testify a certain way. This is one reason to lock people into Grand Jury statements as soon as possible.

Now this rumor has popped up in Ferguson:
  • Ferguson authorities are perplexed by the strange murder of DeAndre Joshua, whose body was found on Tuesday morning near where Michael Brown’s was killed in August.

Joshua, 20, was found dead inside a parked car just two blocks from where the Michael Brown murder took place. Now, rumors are swirling that Joshua testified as an eyewitness to this killing in front of the grand jury, and that he himself was murdered as retribution for this testimony.

“DeAndre Joshua, 20, fits the social profile of an eye-witness who gave a police/FBI statement and testified before the Grand Jury in the Mike Brown shooting case,” writes the Conservative Treehouse blog. “He was an employed black male, with no history of drug use or illicit behavior. He was also a friend of Dorian Johnson who is currently under protection.”
We would certainly hope this wasn't the case, a witness being murdered for testimony given, but it isn't out of the realm of possibility.

If true, would be an indelible mark against the media, the race baiters, Eric Holder and yes, even the president. By stoking and fanning the flames, by pushing a race-based incident where none existed, by ignoring the legal processes and pushing for a verdict that fit a narrative instead of the evidence, they may have cost a man his life for the "crime" of simply telling the truth.

And that is a blow that the system will be hard pressed to withstand.

Funny - I have not heard anything about this. Saw Al Sharpton a LOT on TV complaining about everything.

Very sad case. People are VERY ignorant and do not want to hear the facts.

As Bernie Goldberg said on FOX, Michael Brown should NOT be looked at as some civil rights martyr. That kid was a THUG. He lived the THUG life and died like a THUG.

Time to move on. ANY more rioting should be met with stiff eradication. How come they are not just giving them a 10PM curfew and arresting anyone on the street after that?

Sounds simple to me.

Deandre is just another egg used to make the omelette.

Like the 40 million that Stalin and Lenin used; Mao's 70 million or Adolph's 20 million.

To the Progressive Left his murder is not a tragedy, just a statistic.

By all accounts he graduated High School (which IS an achievement considering his direct peers) and worked and didn't have a record. This is very wrong. But if he one of the honest grand jury witnesses this is something that should shake the roots of the current federal regime. Thank you Eric Holder. The troof in this case doesn't fit the game plan

Here's the thing that frustrates me about this Mike Brown thing.... when the fuck is the underbelly of society going to take responsibility for its actions ???
Mike Brown is responsible for his own death. If Mike Brown would have not robbed the store and not obstructed traffic by walking in the middle of the street , he would not have had contact with Darren Wilson that day. If Mike Brown would have complied with Darren Wilson and not engaged him in violence Mike Brown would still be in good ole' Ferguson acting the fool. The libtards of this country cannot accept the fact that this was a justifiable homicide. Witnesses often change their stories and just flat out lie. This case was based mostly of physical evidence , mainly DNA. Mike Brown' DNA was on Darren Wilson's gun and clothing. Video from the store that he robbed just prior to his death showed what type of individual he was. He was a bully who used his presence as a threat. When presence alone didn't work then he used physical force. I pray for Darren Wilson and his family , because these soulless motherfuckers in the media have dragged him through the mud and changed the way he will live forever. Stop trying paint Mike Brown as a gentle giant who was a sweet person . Mike Brown was a total thug who set into action the events that caused his death .

Maybe once the facts come out this should be a cause pushed by law enforcement over and over again.

Where is Reverend Sharpton's church? Where did he study theology? Did he receive a Divinity degree from an accredited institution?

For all of the hustlers who trumped up a case where there was none, your cynical con game was aptly described one hundred years ago:

“There is (a) class of colored people who make a business of keeping the troubles, the wrongs, and the hardships of the Negro race before the public. Having learned that they are able to make a living out of their troubles, they have grown into the settled habit of advertising their wrongs — partly because they want sympathy and partly because it pays. Some of these people do not want the Negro to lose his grievances, because they do not want to lose their jobs.”

Only stupid people trust others to protect them.

If actually a witness, he had two choices:

1. Shut up.
2. Be prepared to protect HIMSELF, and by whatever means necessary.

There was never any possibility that the police would or COULD protect him.

And as an aside, I believe I heard a union spokesman say last night that NOBODY had been killed... and this AFTER I'd already heard about the body being found.

Seems like the police union and Al Sharpton are operating out of the same playbook for diametrically opposed reasons...

Typical. Black on black crime- only crickets chirping. No media coverage, no Oblablablama or Holder commentaries. But if a black thug gets shot by a white policeman fighting for his life, the media, the President, and even the a-hole/AG chime in about racial disparity, racial motivations (where none existed), etc. I have no problem with blacks, Asians, or any other ethnic groups. Some of my best friends are black. But like most cops, I don't like assholes; but that's exactly what Holder, Obama, and many "journalists" have become.

This Michael Brown case has all the hall marks of the following unreported hypothesis:

Michael Brown was a high-ranking gang member.

Whenever a high ranking gang member, or one of his said high ranking's family, was killed by a police officer, there is much publicity and "demonstrations", along with myriad false "witness" accounts that never match the forensic evidence.

From what Wilson said in his testimony, that area of Ferguson where Michael Brown lived was "antipolice", much like our Englewood, Harrison and other busy districts here.

Yet no one in the media has even addressed the question of whether Michael Brown was a gang member, something the public should know.

Thoughts from a citizen troll: The first poster hit the nail on the head. The Feds need to be looking into the reason who and why DeAndre was killed. It could be a case of HIS civil rights being violated by some thugs in his own community during a Federal investigation targeting Wilson. And that would be a Federal offense, not a state murder charge. Also, I watched the interview with Wilson. If I had a son I would be proud to say he would be like Darren Wilson. He did a good job maintaining his composure and focus while being interviewed by a jag off like George. Best question: how does it feel to be hated by so many people who don't know you? He said it hurts. I would have said, I don't like it George, how do you deal with it? But the kid was spot on the entire interview and he will be a cop somewhere in the country as he should. Some of my friends who swing way left are giving more credence to the thought this is not about race, it is about a shoplifting incident that turned into felonious assault of a police officer in 90 seconds. Many of them have moved on down the road to some other social concern. Idiots.

Actually, I found Sharpton's comments on Ferguson to be more lucid and responsible and far less incendiary than media commentary.

Sharpton said, "We are not anti-police. We respect police. But those police that are wrong need to be dealt with just like those in our community who are wrong need to be dealt with."
In this case and his comment, I cannot find fault.

I am not a big fan of ex New York City mayor Bloomberg - in particular his messianic support for terrible immigration policies to the USA.

But, I will give him credit that he stood up for the New York Police Department in dealing with crime in a fair way. Michael Bloomberg also did a good job of calling out the lying Lib paper of record the New York Times for choosing not to report Black citizens getting murdered by Black criminals, While the New YOrk Times slandered honest NY Police Department, especially the highly effective policy of "stop and frisk".

The anti police, anti White, anti Christ Lib media is one of the worst problems we have in the United States.

We must all do our best in our own personal, professional lives to oppose the liars in the controlled Lib media. Also, be on guard against false Conservatives, especially "Neo Conservatives" who are presented as an alternative, when they are not.

These false Conservative media commentators include the likes of Newt Gingrich, George Will, Joe Scarborough.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone.

There is a lot of competition for who is the worst, lying Lib talking head in the MSM cable news world.

One leading contender is lying Lib Lesbian Rachel Maddow, who gets paid obscene amounts of $ to host very low rated news programs for MSNBC.

She gets invited to other connected lying Lib shows like David Letterman to share her "deep thoughts" about RACISM in Ferguson MO. Check out some of the PC BS she was spouting on D Letterman:

"When David Letterman needs an update on what’s happening in the news, he tends to call on Rachel Maddow. Last night, he asked the MSNBC host to give him the primer on the “homicide” or “police shooting” that happened more than two weeks ago in Ferguson, Missouri.

From Maddow’s perspective, Ferguson is a community that felt “very unrepresented” in their local government before a police officer shot and killed unarmed teenager Michael Brown and that incident just brought those feelings to the surface.

“The amount of information coming from local authorities was almost unbelievable,” Maddow said, noting that there still has not been a full police report on what happened. “But they found a way to release information about this kid that made him look bad.”

On top of that, Maddow said it was “terrifying” for Americans to see the type of military-style weaponry that a small police department like the one in Ferguson had at its disposal to use against largely peaceful protesters. She said the militarization of police has been a “sleeper issue” for the past few decades, but is just now going mainstream. “It doesn’t make any sense, and I think there’s going to be a backlash against that,” she said.

How about if the President said something like, “Michael Brown would be alive and well today if he regularly attended school. He would be safe at home at this minute if he learned that it is wrong to steal, to smoke and sell dope. He would be on his way to a bright future and long life if he learned to respect others including police officers and follow some simple rules of common sense and decency.”

Can you imagine our president saying something like that, or an Al S, or Jesse J or how about you Fr. Pflager? I think not. It is obvious that they are the real racists and have criminal ties that led to the complete devastation of their entire community. Darren Wilson is a formidable adversary for the low life Brown family to engage. He is poised, articulate, intelligent and a gentleman. He is a hero to all that abide by the law and do not make race an issue to mask their criminal behavior. O'Bama owes Darren Wilson an apology.
