More Feebs

  • Sneed has learned that the feds plan to dispatch 65 FBI agents to the streets in high-crime areas on the South and West Sides in an all-out battle against gang crime.

The 65 feds are part of a group of 100 Chicago agents already assigned to curb gang and violent crimes.

“This is a new tactic the FBI is using in fighting crime,” an FBI spokeswoman said, “by working in a concentrated area and a concentrated time on the street — although the FBI has been working hand in hand and day in and day out with the police department."

A top police source tells Sneed the FBI agents, who will be working in tandem with the Chicago Police Department, will be assigned to do gang suppression missions on Thursdays and Fridays for at least the next three to four weeks.

“It’s mind-boggling,” the top police source said. “It’s almost unheard of.”

“I thought the mayor and the police superintendent had said they don’t need more police on the streets,” the source added.
Always remember, a feeb will give 20 gangbangers a pass to jam up one police officer. Be aware ladies and gents. Be very aware.

Sounds like bureaucratic shuffling of resources while crime and killin' still goes on.

Never ever, ever talk to the FBI without an attorney and a recording of the interview. You will be screwed if you do even if you are not their original target. The money for extra security and police would be better spent on downtown and protect the taxpayers.

Ah, innovative police strategy, never seen before. Anyone ever heard of Ryan's Raiders? A TF (Task force for the kiddies) on 3 wheel bikes would do a pass thru a district, letting the denizens know it was their turn in the barrel. Same with the later SO's. By day 3 in a district, you could fire a cannon ball down Madison street, and hit nothing.

I keep hearing how we have enough police on the streets and we need to deploy them properly. When the hell you think that will take place, DECEMBER . . . of 2015. Gary would hate to admit he needs a TRU, MSF, Gang or SOS type unit to send out each time. They truly effed up when they got rid of all these units.

Bring Rahm and Gary to their knees. Nobody signs up for ANY OT (VRI, CTA, Housing, etc.)for just one week. If you can't live with not working one week without OT, you'll be dead before retirement. One week where you just go into work, do your proper policing and go home.
When they don't have the numbers they like out there, maybe, just maybe, they come to the bargaining table with some common sense.

The mindset of a typical FBI agent is polar opposite of a CPD officer. One wants to jam up the street criminal, and one wants to jam up the the one that Eric Holder says is the problem.

You get the difference.

Personally, I believe the FBI would be better served in MO, just as the 'peoples' asked for.
In their investigation, they should likewise gather ALL those 'alleged' witnesses and have two FBI agents interview and record their statements.
Then, when/if it is determined, after a non-biased investigation that is, that they lied, embellished, were prompted or non-witnesses, indict THEM for lying to the FBI as well.
It would send a message nationwide to those phony witnesses that show up, and make shit up to help their home-boys/gang members.
THAT TOO is a crime and should be looked at and EQUALLY PUNISHED.
Equal treatment and justice for all.

I worked on the FBI task force for a few years ( some time ago), and I found that a lot of the agents are really OK. However, way too many really thing that they are the best thing that ever happened to law enforcement and everyone else is a loser. They will do things that will make you cringe, however, they will be quick to judge you and turn on you. So, be careful what you do out there, in light of the feds watching you along with just about everyone watching you with their cell phone cameras. And, I also would not trust any state troopers from downstate. The ones up here are great people, but the troopers from downstate are , well, "just different".

Allow me to correct part of your statement. PEOPLE do like the police more than you might think. It's the savages that don't like the police and take advantage of any situation for their true nature to come out in mass looting and rioting involving property destruction.

People do see who is the cause and who is the solution. If you travel outside of the communist confines of Chicago, you would see that more easily. It's downplayed here so that the socialists can keep that black vote going democrat, which keeps them confined to ghettoes and constantly angry about their situation.

I've had the pleasure as a Dic to work with the FBI a few times. First off, when you meet them, the one guy in their crew that was a copper in another life will introduce themselves as such, "I'm Agent Joe Blow, I was a Cleveland Police Officer before I joined the FBI." This is to get you in the mindset "These guys are coppers like us." Nothing could be farther from the truth. First off, they will talk among themselves as if you aren't there, and when they talk to you, it's in a condescending way, kind of like "The adult are talking here, kid, go play with your Legos." Second, even though they have never dealt with the savage on his own turf, they will act as if they've been working Englewood or Fillmore all their lives, and any input you have is just "The kid throwing in his 2 cents, as if he can teach us something." And lastly, they will exaggerate anything they "perceive" as wrong. You MF some jagoff on the street in front of them, you are "One of those rogue Chicago cops." Remember they all will think that the reason they are here is because they are the ONLY ones that can take back the streets, and are the PREMIER law enforcement agency in the world, and you are, well, just a dumb, fuckin copper.

They will talk in their vernacular, use their terms and phrases while talking among the group, all to make you feel like the outsider. You'll feel like the kid no one likes that was invited to a birthday party because they had to invite you. You'll sit in the corner by yourself and not be included in anything they are doing, no matter how fucked up their "plan" is that they want to implement.

That earlier poster that sang the praises of them is either an FBI agent or some house mouse that doesn't work the street at all.

Very wise to use caution around them, kick back and watch how fucked up they can be , especially when dealing with Joe on the street.

They may be great at locking up guys that run Ponzi Schemes or tracking terrorists on GPS, or some guy that embezzled a few Million from a brokerage firm, but are not the Police and don't know how to work the street in the ghetto as you do. Keep in mind they have some ratio to agents when they have to make an arrest and it's like 5 or 10 agents to each offender they anticipate arresting.
Just think of each one of them as a Jody Weis and you'll be fine.

Troopers may do a better, if they've been working in the City before, either on the xways or on task forces. They, usually are not bad guys at all, and will probably defer to you on best course of action, if they aren't sure. Got along fine whenever ISP was involved, but again, depends on who they send. But ISP are the Police and they do arrest people on a regular basis.

Not sure about that and if you are reading it right. Appears the mayor is following McCarthy's ideas. All this shows is they are increasing the units size by supplementing them with FBI and ISP officers. Idea has remained the same.

>>> 'Emanuel balanced his first budget by elimination more than 1,400 police vacancies.' <<<

I wonder if anyone (our top notch MSM) knows or looked into what those 1,400+ fewer cops actually meant. I think NOT -- or Rahm's really got them by the balls.

----- There's currently 13,572 'employees' in the CPD, not all of them are police. So Rahm's little budget gimmick arbitrarily scrapped over TEN PERCENT (10%) of the Chi Police Dept. And probably closer to Eleven percent (11%).

Now I'd think that a force reduction of that magnitude, and basically overnight, would naturally result in higher crime rates. And I'd think that someone in our cracker-jack MSM would have questioned Flaming Tutu on that probability when 9.5 got out the budget axe. I mean anyone of them (Bueller..Bueller..Bueller?..Ferris Bueller?).

Seriously, how can you go from having a force of approx 15,000 Police one day -- then WHAM -- you're down to about 13,500 cops the next. Then for McJersey to stay silent and swallow that bullshit? He should be ashamed to call himself 'Police'.

Oh, there's about 18,600 other city employees -- not counting teachers and park district -- which apparently are all more valuable to the city and 'Murder Mayor' than the police are, as there sure wasn't any 11% cut there. -----

Never Never Ever.

Trust a Fed.

Stay away from any and all street opera they get involved in.

Never "give them a hand with this guy."

When they pop up on a radio zone yelling for help, go the other way and let THEM who have unlimited resources and power sort things out.

The very second a Chicago Copper "helps" these people on a 50/50 dice roll trying to make a shit situation on the streets turn out sweet? Guess who is going to be left naked in the blizzard clutching a bowl of vanilla ice cream when the Feds circle the wagons to get warm and "confer?"

You see... Police have to make fast decisions in very bad and dynamic situations on whether who goes home to their family or not.

The prizes for a second place finish on the streets of Chicago range from serious to permanent injury to death.

As it is... People have the hard wired image of The Policeman crumpling to the ground with his hat still attached at a jaunty angle and a couple rounds fired from his .32 Police Positive while proclaiming: "I give my life willingly in doing my duty!"

>Sniff! He was SO selfless and valiant!<

People wet their eyes out of pity for the devils than the out-manned Policemen fighting them. The people will demand blood from The Policeman for putting a righteous hurt on a devil.

The Feds have no such immediate concerns. They NEVER have to worry about the immediacy of eyeball to eyeball encounters with motherfuckers who wish you dead and out of their way.

Feds have the gift of leisure... They NEVER have to look into the dark 10-99 as the dark stares back.

They NEVER have to "do something right fucking now" because they're the ONLY law enforcement anything in the immediate vicinity.

A Policeman can be right as rain and still end up getting fucked up by the Feds.

The Feds here in Chicago have a reputation for hunting Policemen more than hunting the death cultists who have been freely plying their trade for generations.

The Feds have been punching the "Easy" button going after the splashy headline "dirty cops" and trying to entrap unsuspecting Policemen into doing stupid stuff.

Dropping vehicles full of cash on dope spots and warning the local wildlife to stay away, "we're hunting for coppers."

We never forgot that shit.
Or forgave it either.

These Docker wearing goofs had NO fucking idea
how much harder and dangerous they made Policing.

That was fucking foul and emblematic of FBI culture when it came to how they viewed CPD street cops.

Yeah... J-Fled showed us big, dumb Chicago Cops what paragons of law enforcement the Feds are...

Twice.

R.I.P Detective Airhart.
You deserved so much better than your feeb back-up
leaving you to die in that apartment.

Of course, J-Fled's "Gotta Run" debacle.

Don't cheer because the onl reason the Feds are here is that Rahm Emanuel has no answer for these death cultists setting Chicago on fire other than continuing his beating the shit out of and intentionally starving CPD of manpower, equipment and resources.

Funny... He literally stepped off the plane saying he was going to "stick it in the cops ear," so what we're seeing is a very unnecessary fight Rahm himself picked to be seen as "taking on the cops and their union."

Great campaign point for national elected office...

Rahm has cut the throat of his own ambition as it lay in the bed defenseless.

Calling in the Feds and ISP is a tacit admission.

Everything that this Dept. of Justice does is "Political". This is a feeble attempt to save Rahm's job. They have already written off Quinn. I have traveled around this summer, and when they find out that you are from Chicago, the question of CRIME and VIOLENCE comes up. They used to ask about Al Capone or Micheal Jordan, but now it is all about crime. Crime and Violence are Rahm's Bilandic Blizzard. Rahm and McCarthy are enjoying this autumn weather, because any of the recent POS incidents could have turned ugly at the right temperature. Rahm is no fool and he knows how close he is to a career ending incident.

Truer words were never spoken. Out of town copper here, we had a bank robbery, of course the FBI shows up. 'We need copies of all your reports' they say. Not my first rodeo with the Feds, so I say, sure, no problem, when I get your reports you get ours. For some reason they never asked again....can you say 'rewrite the cops reports to make it sound like we did the interviews so we can be home by 5PM?' Working with the FBI is a one way street, and it's whatever way they think it should be.

==============

There are 10635 names listed as actual police officers.

The 10635 does not include sgts, LTs, captain or others who are also police officers. Just those with the actual title of police officer.

Interestingly, there are 1278 on the list with a salary listed as being in excess of $100,000. none of them had a title of police officer. The closest police officer to 6 figures was a guy listed as "police officer assigned security specialist" at $99,756.

There are 29 police cadets. 28 of of them are listed at a salary of $9360. The 29th cadet is listed at a salary of $16,380.

There are also 13 police agents with salaries ranging from rough;y $84k to $90k. Don't even know what that is.

So you want the FBI, who do you think you are getting? The agent who was just told that he has to work the end of the summer? Correct and he or she will be very happy to do anything to get out of being here.

Agents self report what THEY believe to be the criminal actions of police officers all the time. You just don't hear about it. It is reported to the Department of Justice, if the department ever is notified it might result in a confidential number. There are hundreds of these investigations open in the Northern District of Illinois.

BE CAREFUL!!!!!

Additionally they have effed up more investigations that they have participated in with the CPD it's sin.

Just one example is the double murder of Federal Judge Lefkow's husband and mother. They refused to allow the dicks to conduct any type of investigation and instead had everyone work the case by offering a reward and ONLY working off phone tips. Disgusting! Then, when a diligent local Wisconsin copper stops a car for a traffic violation, the guy commits suicide and leaves a note confessing to the murders. The FBI had the gall to throw a party at a local watering hole celebrating a successful conclusion to their "investigation"!

Wrong.

42 USC 1983

You can sue Federal Agents for violating your State granted Constitutional Rights.

"State Action" and "Color of Law" Are Required

Citizens often operate under the mis-perception that private actors (for example, one’s employer or neighbor) can violate their constitutional rights. Not so. With very limited exceptions, private actors cannot commit constitutional violations, and thus are not amenable to suit under Section 1983. Only "state actors" who are "acting under color of law" may be sued under Section 1983. "State actors" are generally government officials and employees, and the term should not be interpreted literally: municipal employees are likewise state actors for purposes of Section 1983. Thus, a police officer can be sued for excessive force in violation of a citizen’s constitutional rights, while (except in very limited circumstances) the bouncer at a tavern may not.

As for "color of law," the analysis is analogous — although not identical — to the more familiar "scope of employment" issue. The Supreme Court has defined action taken "under color of law" as the "[m]isuse of power, possessed by virtue of state law and made possible only because the wrongdoer is clothed with the authority of state law."1 Consequently the excessive force analogy, a police officer in uniform and on duty who commits excessive force in the course of an arrest is acting "under color of law". Yet that same officer would not be amenable to suit under Section 1983(except in very limited circumstances)if he were involved in an off-duty, purely-personal altercation with an acquaintance."

Though Chicago could do with more police in the short term, what Chicago really needs are lots and lots of parental coaches. That's right, the parents need coaching on how to raise their kids not to be dysfunctional members of society. They need to change the culture in these hoods, and that starts in the home. Giving a family a few extra bucks, or putting a few feebs on the ground isn't going to make a substantial difference unless these dysfunctional parents start making good choices. Of course, it doesn't sound good to tell people how to raise their kids, and doesn't help you get votes, so around and around we go...

Self important, paranoid, delusional morons. Lots of them in this thread! All these warnings to " watch out". Did it ever occur to you that if you need to "watch out", maybe you should not do whatever it is that you are doing!

They have their rules, we have ours. Biggest difference is that they actually follow their rules.

BULLSHIT! Get the chip off your shoulder. They are running from job to job because (except for Security Specialist) there isn't enough of them. In a 30+ year career almost all of it on the street in Patrol I have had backup from each one of these types (except I think for Security Specialist) and I have backed them up on street stops and arrests.

The least you can do is get Det. Airhart's name right.

I dunno fellas. The FBI did a pretty good job taking a bank robbery crew in Spring Grove Illinois a few months ago. IIRC, they killed one and wounded the other.

Just A Citizen Asks: If any of you LE can give me an answer, I would appreciate it. Why does gov't allow crime to get to this point? Why is is being allowed in St. Louis? And Baltimore? Why is this city in such dire straights that the feebs must be called in, as if they know something you guys don't or are better or stronger or more powerful? When did the inmates start running the asylum and why is it being allowed to grow? Can this be the whole "liberalism is a mental disorder" and this is the direct result of years of social programs and not being allowed to speak the truth?

We could have great convictions too:

If lying to the police was a felony.

If we could charge people for failure to pay federal income tax.

Could hold prisoner for longer than 12 hours

Had no IPRA.

Anyone have any ideas how to make a report with the FEDS???
you can't they cherry pick the cases they want.

Back in the 90's the FBI had agents assigned with us to combat the new federal crime of carjacking! Armed Robbery. They were totally useless and only looking to jam up the working police. Took them for tours of the projects, etc. My recommendation would be to do the same.

If they get in some shit with Dude, the smartest thing any self interested street copper could do is leave them to their own devices to pry Dude's teeth from their asses.

It's not a federal crime not to help... Yet...

The smart Policeman always conducts himself like he has no friends and is in the world by himself.

Your conscience may bother you for a little while but you'll take joy in walking into YOUR house to see YOUR family whole and intact instead of "exiled" to a federal prison cell FAR away as "punishment" because some highly placed poot-butt calls himself "sending a message."

You'll also take additional joy in your freedom, that your assets aren't frozen/fucked to keep you from being able to defend yourself and your good name as a Policeman not being dirtied up for an agenda.

As stated before.
They allowed the Culture of Death to take root and flourish because they have no interest in taking it to Dude as hard as they take it to Policemen who are trying to survive the flaming Shit-Show Chicago has become.

Aye... We'd actually kind of be ok if these "New Crazy" m/fers on the streets of the South and West Sides took up suicide bombing each other's dens, hovels, dope spots etc.

Along with "accidentally" ka-booming some of those $25K a plate gold coast and north shore fund raisers, local media news cast, a hush-hush meeting or three about prying more money away from what's left of the middle class as punishment for being middle class and the like.

>Snicker!<

>Hilarity Surely Ensues<

CUE: Very Important People Crying, Shitting, Running & Screaming as a bulge-eyed, hard- dicked, mind-locked representative from the armed wing of Dude Inc. interrupts the scripted proceedings...

>Smile!<
Damn... Only a dream huh?

The Police are the enemy... Right?

Viva Hate.

To Just A Citizen, there are many reasons why GGovernment allows crime to get this bad. Social programs with no oversight, lack of manpower in police departments, not keeping offenders in jail or prison until trial, or to serve their complete sentence. But it costs less to have fewer police, and not open prisons, have mentor programs, etc. Who is hurt when crime is high? The government is shortsighted to feel this way, if crime gets out of control, and citizens feel police won't/can't protect them, they may take matters into their own hands.

And Dart has put all specialized units, detectives, etc. including supervisors in Chicago, but there are no news reports of this?
***********************
Well, isn't that a big 'Fuck you!' to Dart, Anton, Dwyer, Bailiff D/C...look at all the other comments about his omnipresence. Ooops. There are none!
But get your facts straight. Dart has NOT "put all specialized units, detectives, etc. including supervisors in Chicago". A few Beat cars is about it.

The government is allowing this to happen. It is a manufactured crises, just like the open southern border. The Dems always say don't let a crises go to waste. In other words, they will use this to chip away at our freedoms, and bring about the "CHANGE" called for by those in charge.
